About Break the Barrier

Break-the-Barrier (Thadai Athai Udai) Thadai Athai Udai is a series of motivational sessions conducted by StartupTN for educational institutions interested in bringing entrepreneurship development to their campus. Thadai Athai Udai, which is conducted in partnership with educational institutions and business communities, equips the trainees with the skills and mindset required to succeed as entrepreneurs.

As instructors and speakers at these sessions, diverse entrepreneurs and domain experts share knowledge and motivate the students and young aspirants.

How it works?

StartupTN conducts Thadai Athai Udai sessions across Tamil Nadu with the objective of creating awareness, nurturing innovation and fostering entrepreneurship in the state. They target both students and young aspirants. The sessions provide an overview of the critical first steps associated with starting a venture.

The sessions incorporate the latest entrepreneurship, business and tech content.

  • The sessions are organised by the regional hubs of StartupTN in coordination with the partnering institution / body.
  • The session partner should accept the list of topics, resource persons and administrators, besides giving a commitment for a minimum number of participants.
  • Acceptance from the session partners for the session, designated faculty / admin person(s) and commitment for the requisite number of audience.
  • 2 to 3 hours of expert session.
  • Resource persons will be coordinated by StartupTN.
  • The same will be either co-sponsored or co-organised.
