Letter of Invitation
Request for Proposal (RfP) for Empanelment of IT Firms to support StartupTN
in the design, implementation, and maintenance of multiple IT Solutions.
The “Authority”: Associate Vice President (AVP), StartupTN, Government of Tamil Nadu, through the current Request for Proposal (RfP) intends to select, Individual firm (Consortium not allowed) for Empanelment of IT Firms to support StartupTN in the design, implementation, and maintenance of multiple IT Solutions. (Project).
Purpose: To develop IT systems and solutions.
Territory: of the Indian State of Tamil Nadu, following the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) as per timelines given in the schedule below.

All times are in Indian Standard Time (IST) and no exceptions will be made for late submissions. The Authority will endeavor to follow the schedule below:
